Commercial Rights & Co-Production
Third Peak sources and develops material from which recurring TV series and movies will be produced. As a commercial rights holder and co-producer Third Peak works directly with both production companies and TV channels to achieve the exploitation of its Intellectual Property (IP).
Third Peak currently owns original material that has the potential to support the production of 12 seasons of compelling, returning TV series of 6 episodes each, or 12 feature films.
TMT Advisory Services
Third Peak offers a comprehensive range of advisory and management services to facilitate both operational and financial improvement, resilience and risk mitigation for businesses in the TMT sector.
These services are founded on Third Peak’s senior management’s decades of experience of restructuring and regenerating businesses in the sector. The services range across technology, product management, market development, operating model development, refinancing and mergers and acquisitions.
The Team
John Lowry
John has a wealth of experience of the business world at senior management and C-suite levels in some of the world’s largest corporations. As one of the UK’s most senior business turnaround professionals he has decades of experience in all the aspects of business failure and recovery which is at the core of Third Peak’s current IP.
John is the creator of the concept and characters, and writer of the 12 stories comprising Third Peak’s “Nemesis” IP. He leads Third Peak’s TMT sector advisory services.
Mark Heywood
Mark has a unique combination of senior business experience in crisis management and resilience dealing with extreme risk events (terrorism, natural disasters, cyberattacks, and active shooter scenarios) in both the private and public sectors and, as a holder of an MA (Distinction) in Screenwriting for Film and Television, success as a writer of book series and movie and TV scripts.
Mark is the writer of the treatment, series and character arcs and pilot script for Third Peak's “Nemesis” IP.
Advisory Board
Third Peak was established in 2017 at the instigation of one of the UK's most successful TV producers, and with advice and guidance from senior executives in the TV industry.
Third Peak’s Advisory Board is comprised of one of the UK's most successful TV producers, a commercial and legal director of one of the UK's most successful TV and movie commercial rights holders, the ex-head of commissioning and development of a major TV channel, and a casting director.
